Fastwire Machine Spare Parts

Wintech has designed its own machines to manufacture cutting wires and offers various wire types tailored for specific foams. These Fastwire consumables undergo rigorous testing to ensure they meet your foam cutting needs.

Wintech manufactures its own Aluminium Idler Wheels and Steel Drive Wheels for our Fastwire machines. These wheels spin at 5,100 rpm to move the cutting wire at 300 kph, making their design and manufacturing integrity crucial for safety. Wintech uses lightweight wheels to ensure a quick run-down in case of an Emergency Stop.

Standard Wrap

The Standard Wrap consists of thin core wires braided together and tightly wrapped in a spiral wrap, creating an abrasive surface that cuts the foam.

Hotwire Machine Spare Parts

Thin conductive Nickel Chrome wire is electrically heated to vaporize foam without touching it, creating a clean cut without dust or particles. Wintech offers this wire in various thicknesses, meeting our high product standards.

Obsolescence Management

Some of our earlier installed Wintech machines are running 30-year-old Apple Mac operating systems. Other aging machines are running on Windows XP. These third-party operating systems and electronic components within the Control Cabinets become obsolete.

To cater for both situations, Wintech has designed a very successful Cabinet Replacement program. This means that a new Cabinet can be installed on old machines, thus saving a fortune for the Wintech owner. A new Control Cabinet upgrade brings greater reliability, the latest operating software, along with a new wireless remote providing easier use and increased productivity.
